How I Made $27 in Less Than 10 Minutes

I had no intention of revealing this yet but it seems I've not been able to introduce new earning sites lately where my visitors could make money from.

I joined this site where I made $27 in less than 10 minutes last december. I happen to accidentally discovered this site from a forum. A filipino was introducing it and he was bragging about the money he makes from the site every month. Not really very skeptical about things, I always try almost anything for free where there's a potential to make money. So I joined the site. Signing took me less than 2 minutes I guess and then I started to make money worth $27, all in all in less than 10 minutes. I was like "oh that was easy!".

Well, I have not been paid by the site yet as it's minimum payout is $75. It pays through paypal or through US Postal Service. Anyone can join. The site is A.W. Surveys. Since it's a survey site you make money according to the number of surveys you participate in. While the site accepts all members worldwide international members will have lesser opportunities than those living in the United States who can probably complete at least 3 surveys a day.

You can participate in A.W. Surveys even if you have no website. There are no obligations. You choose what surveys to complete, when to complete them.

I am not so lucky with surveys because I am from the Philippines and offers are really limited. So far, this site is the most promising survey site I'm in. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Lets' just see how much money will I make.

UPDATE: There's been a lot of stories about AW Survey as a Scam because some members have not been paid. I refuse to say that AW Survey is a scam. Five Filipinos I know have been paid and just another Filipina commented about being paid too. Check the comments for this post. I think the reason why some members have not been paid is because they violate the TOS of AW Survey. If no one's being paid by this site then that's the time I'll conclude it's a scam site. Meanwhile have a look at this proof of earnings which a blogger posted in his blog.

This is not A Porn Site!

My goodness, the SERP's gone crazy I guess but it's doing me good! This make money blog has been receiving quite an amount of hits from searches like "watch me bang my wife", "bang wife", "bang lady". As if this is a porn site where you can find sexy photos of naked women. I only made mention of "Watch me bang my wife" in my post about the adsense ads appearing in my other blog. But that was just it. I've never mentioned about sexy girls or anything related to s3x! Could the search engines mistakenly thought of this blog as porn? Hilarious but advantageous on my part.

Here's precisely why! A lot of horny people look for porn sites that's primarily why erotic sites get thousands of visitors a day regardless of the promotions. You could experiment about it. Start a sexy blog, do a little promotion then just sit back and relax and wait for traffic to come rushing in. You could be getting more visitors than a year old blog is getting on a daily basis. Nudity sells offline and online! Just don't put adsense ads on that kind of site or google will ban you for good! Adsense is really strict now about where publishers put adsense codes. So better be careful.

Anyway, the point is, anything related to nudity caters to a lot of people worldwide. Just look at where my blog gets traffic! It's amazing to snatch a considerable amount of traffic away from the real porn sites and into this blog about money making. The downside though is that advertisements relating to sexy women, or porn sites pay really low but if you get 30 clicks to these ads you can increase your average daily adsense earnings pretty quick.

I remember a fellow blogger who made mentioned of "naruto porn videos" and almost instantly he got a good traffic from the search engines looking for naruto videos. It really doens't hurt to play with keywords at times and see how your blogs will rank in the SERP. Incorporating keywords in your posts might just give you the traffic you've been wishing to get and the money of course!

This Blog's The Only PR-0 in the Top20 for the Keyword "Make Money Online"

It's a big accomplishment to have made it to the top 20 for the keyword "make money online" considering that I know very very little about SEO. It's pretty impressive I think because this blog is barely a year old plus considering this is a blogspot blog.

I was browsing google checking the sites linking to my blog and I notice Pqinternet appearing in the results. Not really linking to this blog but it made mentioned of my blog so ordinarily it would appear when I searched for the links pointing to this blog.

Pqinternet is authored by Fred Black and he did a good analysis of the top 20 websites for the keyword "make money online" and this site sits happily at rank 16 just above DoshDosh one of the websites i read on a regular basis.

Now as for the Page Ranks of those in the Top 20 for "make money online" here's the screenshot. Although you can visit Pqinternet for the original results!

If you notice I'm the only blog in the top 20 with a Page Rank of Zero. It's a bit of a shame. Google punished this blog but I'm hoping to get my PR back. What can you deduce from this result? One of the theories I can derive from this is that Page Rank is not the indicative of your Search Engine Placement or SERP. Take a look at my blog and take a look at Mashable which has a page rank of 7 and yet it's at top 20. Or take a look at Carlo's website which has PR of 3 but outranked all of us including those with high PRs. By the way Carlo is a filipino just like me. He is from Manila and I am from Mindanao. And if I'm not mistaken, we are the only Filipino blogs which managed to make it to the top 20 for the keyword despite the tough competition. And if you notice out of 20 websites there are 5 blogspot sites. Would it be right if I presume Google loves blogs!

Anyway, making it to the top 20 for the keyword i am targeting from the very beginning means I'm on the right track. It's only a matter of maintaining and improving my rank. I wonder what will happen to my rank if I get my Page Rank back?

There Seems to Be Bug With My Template

Sorry guys I had to post and delete and post again the article about this blog making it to the top20 for the keyword make money online. The columns are misaligned. I don't know what's happening and it gets really irritating when you need to undo something and redo it again and then go through the same cycle over and over.

I suspect its the pictures causing the bug. I hope i can fix it soon enough and repost the article without misaligning the columns.

Easy $3

I just received my easy $3 from DayTipper dot com. That's the first money I made from the site. The little amount still brings a lot of smile on my face. The easy $3 is the payment for a tip I submitted to the site. You can therefore make money from the tips you know. The more tips, the more money you will make. Daytipper doesn't pay that fast. You have to do a lot of waiting. In my case it's a month or close to a month before I got paid. So now, I'm thinking of like 6 tips to submit for the month of January. I'm willing to wait for the payment. A month of waiting is bearable. Google's January 2008 Page Rank Update

It's pretty earlier for this Page Rank update and it came as an unexpected surprise. The last November 2007 update is still fresh to my mind where this "Make Money Online" blog dropped from a Page Rank of 4 to a Page Rank of 2, then Page Rank of 0. The reason? Just two post I made for PPP. Yes only 2 posts cause I was just accepted to the program then as it was only in November that Paypal became fully operational for Filipinos. That was a bad experience. The blog that I tried to build to get a PR of 4 dropped to its lowest of PR 0. But I take responsibility and acknowledged I was guilty of what google accused me of. Since then I never made a paid review in this blog. I think you notice that.

Now Google is up for another Page Rank Update. The blogosphere talks about this Page Rank update. Some bloggers recovered their lost PR and some bloggers well, suffered the same fate I had in November 2007, got PR of 0. The moral lesson is very obvious- DON'T SELL LINKS!

The last time I checked two of my friends got PRs of Zero. I feel sorry for them. I did warn some of them about the selling links to make money online but my warning aint enough to save them. Since this blog talks about money, I admit that to maintain your Page Rank is equivalent to losing some fast money.

I'm in no position to advice anyone. As far as I'm concern I could stick to adsense and affiliate programs like clickbooth(been always recommending this program), chitika, and surveys (I made 27 dollars in less than 10 minutes) to compensate for the lost money. That's basically why I have adsense experiment going on. I also try to generate more traffic to all my blogs. Google is still the BOSS here and if we don't stick to its rules it can always kick us out.

I've got my share of google's "penalty". I do expect to get a PR now since I don't sell links anymore. I so fervently hope to get a Page Rank for this Make Money Online blog though. But nothing so far. Wish me luck as I wish you good luck in your quest to make money online.

As for my friends who were penalized as well, I do understand how it feels. Don't worry, its not the end of your blogging life. You will get your PRs back sooner or later. As for those who got good PRs for today's update, CONGRATULATIONS!

Nick of Qassia commented on this post and he explained that the $500 referral fee does not go into your paypal account. In short, you don't get paid for it at all. You make money through revenue sharing if you put your adsense ads on the site. I provided a snap shot of his comment below. But you can read the whole comment in the comments section of this post.

Where Did My Earnings Go?

With all the hard effort I put in making money online, I deserved a reward, right? That $700 worth of online earnings is almost equivalent to 30thousand pesos. Yes, 30 thousand pesos for the month of December only. I still leap for joy now, well, not literally. I'm earning even more than the money a regular government employee makes per month! The feeling of satisfaction and fulfillment is just unexplainable. I crave for more money this January, hopefully, God permits!

So where did my earnings go? Part of it goes to my savings account, the other part will go to my sister since I owe her about 13thousand for the additional computers we bought for our computer business at home. The remaining money? I bought a new Sony Cybershot DSC S-800. I know it's not the latest most advanced version but it's still a good camera and I just love it. My Sony Cybershot DSC S-800 just turned 1 day old a few minutes ago.Hehhehe.. Yes I bought it just yesterday at CDO. It was priced originally at 14,995 pesos, but good heavens the price was lowered on that same day I bought the digicam. Other stores are still selling it for 14 thousand pesos and above. But I bought it for 10,800 pesos, complete with charger, tripod, additional 1 gig memory, camera case, etc. I believe the Sony Cybershot DSC S-800 was really meant for me.Hahhaha.. It was just there waiting for me to take it home..

December 2007 Earnings Report

It's now time to reveal how much money this Filipina has earned for the whole month of December though blogging. Let me break it down for you.

The Total Money I have made for December: is $700 plus (actually received). This is considerably a big money compared to my previous earnings. This is due to the availability of Paypal in the Philippines which has opened more doors for us Filipinos to make money online.

The images above are the screenshots of the $500 I withdraw to my EON Electron Visa Card last December 30 2007 and the $100 I also withdraw on December 21, 2007. So that's $600 withdrawal all in all. The other $100 was sent through my e-gold account. I also have pending money in my Paypal Account right now.




So where did this $700 came from? If you have read my blog you can answer that. But most of the earnings came from private deals. I still have pending money from Adsense for December earnings, Clickbooth, Voxant, Clixsense etc. I think Clickbooth will pay early this January. I'm still waiting. As for my Payday Loan and Consolidate Debt Loan Experiment, today a click was worth $1.90. The experiment is still an on going process. I have a good SERP for Payday Loan and Consolidate Debt Loan. I need a targeted traffic for these keywords to make more money from Adsense.

December 2007 is one of my best month in terms of making money online. I have found more ways to make money, got better SERP for a lot of keywords, was able to get more backlinks after this blog was penalized by google, made more friends online, got more visitors coming to my blogs, and made it to the Rank 6 of The Mindanao's Top 100 Blogs for 2007. Check the screenshot below.

That Rank 6 blog in there is this blog spaceofinfluence.blogspot.com. The only blogspot blog in the top 10. What an honor! This tells me to do more, do better in blogging. I think this wraps my December 2007 Make Money and Blogging Adventure. I don't know what lies ahead for this blog and my other blogs in 2008. (Oops, School's back in a few days! Exams will be scheduled!)
