A Free Online Dollar Store?

This is a surprising ad. I'm not sure if it's for real. I clicked on the ad but it's not available in my area. Am skeptical a bit, but i was able to make my own virtual online store with Oblinq (refer to the right sidebar). Well, if you happen to really make a store for free with this ad, let me know-let others know. Again, it says it's free so it does not hurt to give it a try.
