Adsense April 2009 PIP

Still there is no Adsense PIP- Payment in Progress showing for April 2009. It's already April 25, 2009 as of this writing, Philippine time. I hope a few hours from now PIP will show up in my account. I hope you made a lot of money for the month of march with Adsense.

Get Someone's Adsense Account Banned the Easy Way!

Today I was checking the money I've made from Adsense since I implemented the codes and I'm doing pretty d*mn well, when I realized my account could get banned today, tomorrow or perhaps a few hours from now, without me doing anything at all. It's so easy to get someone's Adsense Account banned!

How? Not much of a carefully thought plan really. Someone, perhaps a fellow blogger or a complete stranger can simply scrape your Publisher ID and place it a website that violates the TOS of Google. Worst, these good for nothing "adsense account killers" will click on the ads over and over again. Then you get the blame for using your adsense codes on prohibited websites. See how easy it is for others to get your adsense account banned? Definitely, not until you get your hard earned money from Adsense, you can't relax (more especially if you are earning way too good)! In simplest terms: Your Adsense Account is not safe! Of course if you get banned you can always beg google for account reinstatement and go through the process wherein you are the victim, the suspect and at the same time the lawyer, as against the respondent, and at the same the judge- Big G! More or less the outcome is predictable.

Well, I am waiting for the time when google will make it possible for bloggers to specify which sites their adsense codes will appear. This way, we know who's using another's adsense pub ID and make the Publishers stand on a more safer ground!

Now it's possible to choose which sites your adsense codes will appear. Thanks to a fellow blogger for informing me about this. Now we could be safer. Specify which sites your adsense ads will run. Set it up now:

1. Login in to your Adsense Account
2. Go to Adsense Set-up.
3. Click Allowed Sites
4. Choose "Only allow certain sites to show ads for my account"
5. Enumerate your blogs or websites that will show your adsense ads.

Adsense Now Pays Through Western Union

Good news everyone!

Google Adsense has finally implemented a much easier, more convenient way of receiving your google adsense earnings. Google Adsense now pays through Western Union Quick Cash. If you reach the minimum payout you will get your cash the day after your payment is sent. That's fast compared to checks that take almost a month to arrive when sent through ordinary mail.

If you wish to receive your adsense money through Western Union Quick Cash just go to your google adsense "my account" page and edit your payment details. Choose Western Union Quick Cash. The maximum amount that may be sent through Quick Cash is $10,000. Exceeding this amount the money will be sent through checks.

You can have your money in local currency so that means you are saved from the long process of encashment or bank check clearing.

The Western Union Quick Cash mode of payment is a big RELIEF for publishers who have no paypal, like me. To all Filipinos and other nationalities who makes money online through adsense yet with no paypal, Google Adsense has now made it easier for us.

Google Adsense Response On Advertising with GPT Sites

Last time I made a post about Easy Way to Drive 100 People to Your Blog for Free.

A reader named Maher told me this:

beware lady influence this might ban you from adsense its said in adsese tos that advertising your site in gpt and paid to click programs may result you in a ban

Because of the remarks above, I immediately emailed the Google Adsense Team and inquired if I am violating the Google Policies by advertising my sites at Box of Dollars. Here's their response:

While the response on my inquiry has not directly answered whether the form of advertising at Box of Dollars is prohibited, I have officially stopped adverstising my sites through Box of Dollars. A careful look at the Google Adsense Policies, you will see this line:

Invalid Clicks and Impressions

Clicks on Google ads must result from genuine user interest. Any method that artificially generates clicks or impressions on your Google ads is strictly prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to repeated manual clicks or impressions, using robots, automated click and impression generating tools, third-party services that generate clicks or impressions such as paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, autosurf, and click-exchange programs, or any deceptive software. (emphasized) Please note that clicking on your own ads for any reason is prohibited. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to your account being disabled.

Therefore, advertising at GPT sites is not allowed! I advise all blog owners to never advertise your sites in any paid-to-click, paid-to-surf, autosurf, and click-exchange programs, or else you will have your adsense account banned.

Sometimes, we tend to forget about the Terms and conditions of the programs we are in. So let us always re-read, re-visit the program policies.
